Our Founder

Devoted Society for Human Reformation and Development (DSHRD) has come into the existence on 10 September 2004 its founder was late RK Gupta who was born on 2nd November 1974 and passed away on 5th July 2018 at the age of 44 years he had very broad vision towards world and was a prophet of social reformer and never stopped his feet before hardships that comes on his way and continued his journey till his last breath he had a hunger to do something better to the society to bring changes in the society and help people to stand against wrong.

Undoubtedly He belong to a middle class family he was the only son of his parents Mr. Keshav Prasad Gupta and late janki devi his mother lost her life after 1 month 7 days of her son’s death it was a big loss for a family and there is no such demise than this that a parents lost his only son. He was married on 19th February 1999 with a girl lived in Mirzapur. He belonged to Prayagraj and left his wife two daughters and only son behind him.

He hadn’t acquired highly academic education but he had a deep knowledge of each and every aspect of life as well as law and constitution. He had a hunger to do something better and creative in the society to bring changes in the society and help people to stand against wrong.

That’s why he has chosen social service as his career in spite of getting involved in any government or private job and he was so dedicated towards his work that he always ignore his health before it. He was suffering from lung disease from 2016 but in spite of this he never stopped his mission and walked till his last breath even he had a attended his last Human Rights awareness seminar on 17th June 2018 with oxygen cylinder that was his son’s birthday. Ananya Raj was waiting for his father to cut his birthday cake and it was his last birthday that he had celebrated with his father and Mr. R.K. Gupta chairman DSHRD had taken his last breath on 5th July 2018 at 4:30 p.m. on the way of Lucknow in ambulance and life cycle was stopped not only Mr. R.K. Gupta’s but his complete family as well as organization each and everything was scattered and there is no one to handle and look after his family as well as organization and in this situation all the responsibility of organization has fallen on his wife’s shoulders Mrs Madhu Gupta.
